Our Values
What parents have to say?
“My daughter had a great season. She enjoyed playing for Josh & Rob. “

"We really appreciate you and Rob coaching these girls. You are such a positive influence on them. Thanks so much! It has been such an enjoyable and exciting season and what a memory this will be for the girls as part of their 8th-grade year. No doubt in my mind that the reason Lindsay wants to play basketball in high school is that she had such a great experience this year."
“They were wonderful with the girls. A very enjoyable season finally!! They went the extra mile with the girls and even took them to strength and conditioning twice which they did not have to do. They are always positive! The girls responded well to them. “
“Josh and Rob did a wonderful job with the girls. They did a great job in getting all the girls in to play. They are extremely encouraging and very enthusiastic about supporting the girls during games. We have seen our daughter's skill improve this year. I feel that when the girls did something well they lived that success as well. Also, they organized 2 conditioning sessions for the girls which they did not have to do. The girls loved it.”
“We feel both Josh and Rob did an excellent job this year. They were tough enough to get the girls to improve throughout the year and fun enough that the girls really seemed to have a good time at both practices and games. They are learning how to deal with 13-14 yr old girls (even doing the Whip and nay, nay with the girls before a game -- what a sight to see!). Both Josh and Rob listened to the girls during games and practices, in lieu of a top down communication. From a parents perspective, they were very easy to talk to, very respectful. They were very enthusiastic when the girls did something well and very understanding when mistakes were made. From a coaching perspective, they were very positive and had a lot of good ideas. They pushed the girls to use their talents. Once changes were made, the outcomes were normally positive. There was no lack of effort on their part, I think both of them have the potential to be very good coaches. They worked well with each other. They were excellent role models for the girls. They had a very positive influence on my daughter. The program would benefit greatly by keeping them as the 7/8A team coaches in the future! Well done guys!”
“My daughter really enjoyed Josh and Rob coaching ! The coaches really tried hard but also made it fun. “
“I thought Josh has been doing a good job with these girls. It is a 'top' team, so play time may. It be fair in order to have the best chance to win. But all girls play, even if not equal. The girls seem to be having fun, and the coaches are good at encouraging. Overall I think they are doing a very good job coaching this team. “
